Shrimp Cocktail
- 1 Gal Water
- 2 Tbl Whole Coriander
- 2 Tbl Mustard Seed
- ¼ C Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Lemons, juiced
- ½ C Kosher Salt
- 2 # 13-15 Tiger Shrimp
Bring water, spices, and lemon juice to a vigorous boil. Add shrimp and cook until opaque and firm (about 5 min). Shock shrimp immediately in ice water. Peel and de-vein, leaving last segment of shell and tail in-tact. Serve with cocktail sauce and slices of lemon.
Cocktail Sauce
- 8 oz Chili Sauce
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 2 T Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbl Tabasco
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Mix everything together and chill.
